In his more than 30 years in real estate, Al Nash has held leadership and senior management positions with several of metro Atlanta's most-honored developers, among them Eagle Real Estate Advisors, Arvida Corporation, Chatham Properties, Inc. and Fairgreen Capital, L.P.

With hands-on experience in all phases of real estate development, including management, sales and marketing, he has successfully developed over 3,500 single-family lots in metropolitan Atlanta and managed several of Georgia's top-selling residential communities.

He is a licensed Real Estate Broker in the State of Georgia as well as a Certified Process Manager, trained and certified by the Georgia Department of Community Affairs to mediate land use conflicts between local governments.  He graduated from Georgia State University with a Bachelor of Science in Urban Affairs and Land Development.
