Curtis O. Hicks, Jr. has broad-based real estate experience with particular emphasis on the retail and residential sectors.  In the more than 20 years since his graduation from Emory University, he has held senior management, brokerage and development positions at Eagle Real Estate Advisors, Adams-Cates (now Grubb & Ellis), Ackerman & Co., Plunkett Commercial Properties, and his own Hicks Land Investment Company.

Curtis' success is founded on long-term, high-trust business relationships - some dating to the start of his career - with developers, builders and lenders in several real estate sectors, foremost among them residential and retail.

His knowledge of metro Atlanta development and retail sites, his familiarity with the individual customer requirements of major retailers and his experience in land assemblage and brokerage made him one of metro Atlanta's leading real estate consultants and brokers.

He is a licensed Real Estate Broker in the State of Georgia.
