Rivermoore Park
on the Chattahoochee River, Gwinnett County

Having been recognized with residential real estate's leading national and local awards, Rivermoore Park is indeed “the most honored address in metro Atlanta.”
With 120 acres - fully 1/3 of the community - dedicated to parks and recreation, Rivermoore Park foresaw the yearning of homebuyers for the Classic American Neighborhood they knew as children

Residents have exclusive use of 12 neighborhood parks, including the 80-acre Great Meadow Park that borders the Chattahoochee River.  Also included are 11 miles of trails and paved sidewalks lined with decorative street lamps and more than 800 shade trees.

At the center of Rivermoore Park is the residents' private Meadow Club.  It has a 4,500-square-foot clubhouse, 5,000-square-foot swimming pool with seven lap lanes, ten tennis courts with canopied spectator seating, children's playground, sports court, and a practice green.

Such preservationist efforts as 140 birdhouses - including a two-story bird shelter or “Dovecote” - and the engagement of a wildlife conservationist to identify animal habitats native to the property won honors from the Atlanta Audubon Society and the National Wildlife Federation.

“In our dealings with the principals, I was impressed with their sense of quality and their commitment.  In their development of Rivermoore Park, they demonstrated a heartfelt dedication to protecting our natural resources and preserving our quality of life.”
